Ropewalk Consulting

A Collaborative Consultancy

A ropewalk is a long platform where strands of small gauge rope are twisted together to form large hawsers, traditionally for sailing vessels. At Ropewalk, we think this is a fitting analogy.

We help pull together all the strands a successful business requires.

Ropewalk recognizes that small business owners and entrepreneurs undertake unique challenges. Growth requires a coherent business strategy. Ropewalk can help. We work with businesses in critical areas of product marketing, communications, raising capital, operations and partnerships. Let's talk about what we can do to help you achieve the success you envision.
Meriby Sweet is Ropewalk's Senior Partner. As such, she defines the strategic approach and method of work that best suits a client's needs. Her background includes more than two decades working with growth companies, including those in information technology, manufacturing, biotechnology, composites and agricultural and food companies. Her specific expertise is in commercialization of new products and services, from conception to launch.

Ropewalk's consulting is just talking -- an exchange of ideas -- so we don't charge for that. Our deliverables include grant writing, business plan development, marketing strategy plans, website content development and enhancement, marketing communications, technical/instructional materials and advertising messages. We do charge for that.

Talk to us (for free) about what you want to do with your business. We could decide to do business together.

We understand that we are not the right partner for all businesses, but are happy to refer you to other, more appropriate, sources of expertise.
We are a Collaborative Consultancy
